Data Collected

Information We Collect

We may collect the following types of personal information from you:

  • Personal Information: This includes your name, email address, shipping address, billing address, phone number, and payment information when you place an order on our website.
  • Usage Data: We may collect information about how you use our website, such as your IP address, browser type, referring/exit pages, and operating system.
  • Cookies and Tracking Technologies: We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to collect information about your activities on our website, such as your browsing behavior and preferences.

How We Use Your Information

We may use your personal information for the following purposes:

  • Processing Orders: To fulfill your orders, process payments, and provide customer support.
  • Communicating with You: To send you order confirmations, shipping updates, marketing emails (if you opt-in), and respond to your inquiries.
  • Improving Our Website: To analyze website usage data and make improvements to our online store.
  • Personalized Marketing: If you have opted-in, we may use your information to send you targeted marketing emails.
  • Compliance with Law: To comply with legal obligations or respond to lawful requests from authorities.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies for the following purposes:

  • Essential Cookies: These cookies are necessary for the operation of our website, including keeping track of your cart and keeping you signed in. They cannot be disabled.
  • Functional Cookies: These cookies remember choices you make, such as what is in your cart between visits.
  • Analytics and Advertising: We use Google to measure how the site is used and how our advertising performs. Our pages load Google Tag Manager, a Google Ads tag (AW-996460043) and Google Analytics 4 (G-6NQCKC6MEZ), all delivered through Google’s tag for WooCommerce. These can set cookies and can share your IP address, the pages you view and your interactions with our ads with Google.

We use Google Consent Mode together with a consent banner. Advertising and analytics storage start as denied for every visitor, wherever they are, and stay denied until you choose otherwise on the banner. If you decline, or if your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, these cookies are not written, although Google may still receive a cookieless signal that a page was viewed. You can change your choice at any time from the “Manage consent” link in the corner of any page.

We do not use Facebook, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest or any advertising network other than Google Ads.

You can manage cookies through your browser settings, and you can turn off personalized Google advertising at Google My Ad Center.

Data Security

We implement security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure.

Data Retention

We will retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

Your Rights

You may have certain rights regarding your personal information, including the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, object to processing, and data portability. You can exercise these rights using the contact details at the top of this page. If you think we have not handled your information properly, you can also complain to the data protection authority in the country where you live.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the updated policy on our website.

Cases for Using the Personal Data

We use your personal information in the following cases:

  • Verification/identification of the user during website usage;
  • Providing Technical Assistance;
  • Sending updates to our users with important information to inform about news/changes;
  • Checking the accounts’ activity in order to prevent fraudulent transactions and ensure the security over our customers’ personal information;
  • Customize the website to make your experience more personal and engaging;
  • Guarantee overall performance and administrative functions run smoothly.

Third Parties That Receive Your Data

We keep the number of outside services to a minimum. These are the ones that receive data when you use this site.

Google

Google Tag Manager, Google Ads and Google Analytics run on our pages, as described under Cookies and Tracking Technologies above. Google may receive your IP address, the pages you view and your interactions with our ads. See the Google Privacy Policy.

Our typefaces are served from our own server rather than from Google Fonts, so loading them sends nothing to Google.

PayPal

Payments are handled by PayPal. When you pay, PayPal receives what it needs to take the payment, and your full card details are never seen or stored by us. See the PayPal Privacy Statement.

Cloudflare

This site is served through Cloudflare, so your requests pass through Cloudflare’s network before they reach us. We also use Cloudflare Turnstile on our forms to tell people apart from automated bots. See the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.

Hosting, Security and Email

Our website is hosted by qFiber LTD, scanned for malware by MalCare, and our order and enquiry emails are sent through an outgoing mail service. Each of these can encounter your personal information in the course of keeping the site running.

What This Site Does Not Use

There is no Facebook page plugin, no Twitter or X timeline and no embedded YouTube video anywhere on this site. An earlier version of this policy said there were. That was wrong, and it has been removed.

Who Has Access To Your Data

If you are not a registered client for our site, there is no personal information we can retain or view regarding yourself.

If you are a client with a registered account, your personal information can be accessed by:

  • Our system administrators.
  • Our supporters when they (in order to provide support) need to get the information about the client accounts and access.

Security Measures

We use the SSL/HTTPS protocol throughout our site. This encrypts our user communications with the servers so that personally identifiable information is not captured/hijacked by third parties without authorization.

In case of a data breach, system administrators will immediately take all needed steps to ensure system integrity, will contact affected users and will attempt to reset passwords if needed.

Sending Data Outside Your Country

We operate from Israel, and the services listed above are run from other countries, including the United States. Your personal information may therefore be handled outside the country you live in. Israel is recognized by the European Commission as providing an adequate level of data protection, and the providers we use rely on their own approved arrangements for transfers.

Children

This site is not aimed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us their information, write to us and we will delete it.
