Order Cancellation
- Before Production: If an order is canceled before production begins, a full refund will be issued.
Returns and Refunds
- Unshipped Items: If an item is already shipped but has not been delivered and the customer requests a return, they will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Once the item is received back, a full refund will be issued.
- Received Items: If an item is received and the customer is dissatisfied (excluding damage or incorrect items), a refund can be requested within 7 days of receipt. The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, and we will cover the return shipping costs.

- All refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Please allow up to 21 business days for your refund to be processed.
